However, the applicant was unlawfully denied, as alimony was unjustifiably included in the calculation of her average per capita income, which resulted in the allowance being set at a lower amount (50% instead of 75%). To protect her rights, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in court to compel the recalculation of the social support measure provided to the woman. The prosecutor's claims were satisfied. The actual execution of the court's decision is being monitored by the prosecutor's office.
