Kstov residents complain about disruptions in the operation of bus No. 272 to "Mega."

As passengers reported on social media, the route regularly does not adhere to the schedule, making it especially difficult to get home in the evening. "On July 24, there were 6 departures missing, on July 31 and August 2 - the trip from Mega at 21:50. On August 5, there were no buses at 21:10 and 21:50. As a result, people gathered at the stop, and the last bus at 22:15 had to be literally stormed," wrote Kstovo residents. Most passengers are employees of the shopping center. Many of them work 12-hour shifts and do not have company transport, so the bus remains their only way to get home. Passengers also have complaints about the drivers. According to Nizhny Novgorod residents, on August 5 at the SPK "Zhdanovsky" stop, one of the drivers refused to continue until all passengers paid their fare. After the people's outrage, he reportedly promised to drive slower. Passengers claim that this indeed happened. They also complained about rudeness and the use of inappropriate language. Kstovo residents specifically raised the issue of price. Since July 1, the minimum fare for route No. 272 is 50 rubles. For comparison, the fare on city buses is 40 rubles. "Why can't a state bus be launched on the Kstovo - Mega route? Route No. 225 was able to be replaced by state No. 125. We ask you to consider such a solution for No. 272," residents appealed. It should be noted that at the end of July, the new bus No. 125 "Usilova Street - Kstovo Bus Station" replaced the similar route No. 225, which passengers had massively complained about.
