Nizhny Novgorod residents were shown another tier of the "Volga Arena."

      August 7, 2026 15:42 Sports Nizhny Novgorod residents were shown new photographs of the "Volga Arena," where the hockey club "Torpedo" will play in the new season. The arena will have a total of four levels. Previously, fans were shown the lower tier, and now photographs of another level have appeared. There, we remind you, there are 16 sectors with 4,802 seats.

      The upper tier is designed for 6,799 spectators. Thanks to the steep incline of the stands, there is a good view of the rink from here, almost without any "blind" spots, and it feels like being in the palm of your hand.

      Official prices for tickets and season passes have not yet been announced. It is known that ticket prices will start from 400 rubles. The minimum price for a season pass is 12,340 rubles (seats in sector 403).

      Dynamic pricing at the new arena will be maintained, but it will operate differently than at the KRK "Nagorny." "Torpedo" plans to hand over the "Volga Arena" for operation this summer. An inspection was held at the arena these days, and on August 14, the Nizhny Novgorod team will hold a preseason match here against Moscow's "Dynamo." A test match featuring "Chayka" is scheduled for September 7 at the arena. On September 14, "Torpedo" will host Kazan's "Ak Bars."
