The head of Pervomaisk publicly shamed a man for hay near the garbage containers.

      On August 5, 2026, at 16:40, Society In Permayisk, a man threw hay into a container for household waste. The violation was recorded by surveillance cameras, reported the head of the local government of Permayisk, Elena Lebedeva, on her social media page. The head of the district emphasized that this case is a gross violation of the existing rules. All materials have already been forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation. The man has been invited to provide official explanations, after which appropriate measures will be taken.

      She noted that many consider grass and hay to be ordinary waste; however, according to the rules, such waste belongs to a different category. At the landfill, they take up space, although they can be used beneficially—for example, as compost for gardens and vegetable plots.
