The crew of the Nizhny Novgorod bus will be rewarded for saving an unconscious child.

      On July 25, 2026, at 09:41, Society: Driver Sergey Gurylev and conductor Natalia Romanova, who worked on route No. 203, will be awarded for helping a child who fell ill during the trip. This was reported by the Center for Transport System Development.

      The incident occurred on July 15. The bus departed at 18:20 from the "TPU 'Kanavinsky'" bus station in Nizhny Novgorod. When it was passing the "Yasnaya Street" stop in Balakhna, a child traveling without parents lost consciousness in the cabin.

      The teenager did not regain consciousness for a long time, so the driver delayed the trip and called for an ambulance. Together with the conductor, they quickly assessed the situation and did everything necessary before the medics arrived.

      After providing assistance, the child was handed over to the parents. Now, as clarified by the CRTS, the child is doing fine.

      For their professional and coordinated actions in assisting the passenger, the management of the transport company decided to reward the driver and the conductor.
