The building has 10–11 floors and 261 apartments — from one-room to four-room units. The work on the largest building that the city administration has constructed to relocate residents from emergency housing is in the final stages. Approximately 100 people are working on the site on 40 Years of Victory Street in the Prioksky district in two shifts. This was reported by the city head, Yuri Shalabaev. According to the mayor, this is already the sixth building erected by the municipality in the past three years and the third that will be completed within less than a year. In winter, new residents celebrated their move into the buildings on Sadovaya and Zaitseva Streets, where Nizhny Novgorod residents also relocated from uninhabitable homes. "The total area of the building is over 16,600 sq.m, it has variable floors — there are 10–11 floors and 261 apartments — from one-room to four-room units. The builders are finishing the final touches, and the new apartments will be ready for the residents to move in with repairs already completed. As always, the focus is on light, calm colors inside and bright accents outside. Next to the building, a children's playground with sports elements is being set up, where kids from neighboring yards can come," said Yuri Shalabaev. The city head emphasized that he is looking forward to the quick relocation of the future residents and will definitely stop by to see how they are doing. It is worth noting that in the winter of 2025–2026, Nizhny Novgorod residents from the Sormovsky, Moskovsky, and other districts of Nizhny Novgorod, whose homes were recognized as emergency, moved into the new buildings on Zaitseva and Sadovaya Streets.
