The investigation is being conducted by the investigative department for the Kstovo district of Nizhny Novgorod, as reported by the agency's press service. The case was opened under part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - provision of services that do not meet safety requirements. Recall that 24-year-old Arina reported receiving injuries after a horseback ride at the "Kind Horse" club. According to her, the horse threw her off the saddle. After the fall, the girl felt severe pain in the hip and neck area, and an examination confirmed a spinal injury. The club's director, Maria Kuznetsova, stated that the situation looked different. According to her, the visitor "did not receive any injuries, only a bruise," and the documents confirming the injuries were not provided to her. A pre-investigation check was organized. After the incident, the club's manager was also summoned to the Investigative Committee for questioning. Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident. This includes checking how well the club's staff adhered to safety requirements during the organization of the ride.
