      On July 15, 2026, at 12:38, the residents of private house No. 69 on Beregovaya Street will be relocated due to soil erosion in Novinki. This follows a resolution dated July 14, 2026, published on the website of the Nizhny Novgorod administration. Since June 19, a state of heightened readiness has been introduced within the boundaries of the land plot where the house stands. The Novinsky rural council has been tasked with organizing the relocation of the residents of the specified house. It is also required to organize visual monitoring of the landslide zone in the area of the houses on Beregovaya Street.
