Nizhny Novgorod residents were shown what the hotel on Baghramyan Street will look like.

      On July 14, 2026, at 11:18, the Nizhny Novgorod city administration approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of a hotel with an underground parking lot on Marshal Baghramyan Street. The order has been posted on the agency's website.

      The project is being implemented by LLC "Specialized Developer 'Obyektstroy'." The area of the land plot is 10,124 sq. m, the building area is 2,900.52 sq. m, and the total area of the building is 21,266.24 sq. m. The hotel will be eight stories tall. It will be located on plot No. 7 and will become part of the residential quarter development within the boundaries of Student Street, Oka Embankment, and Gagarin Avenue.

      Previously, the hotel project on Marshal Baghramyan Street passed examination.
