Evgeny Lyulin: "Dzerzhinsk sets standards for all of Russia in working with preschoolers."
In Dzerzhinsk, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Evgeny Lyulin, checked on the construction of new football fields in the territories of kindergartens. The speaker of the regional parliament inspected the sites at three preschool institutions: kindergartens No. 110 on Lenin Avenue, No. 85 on Tsiolkovsky Avenue, and No. 116 on Uritsky Street. In two of them—No. 85 and No. 110—the construction is completed, with the final touches being made, and the areas are actively being prepared for opening. At kindergarten No. 116, work is still ongoing: they are currently installing artificial turf and setting up equipment. Evgeny Lyulin spoke with the heads of the institutions, assessed the quality of the completed work, discussed the timelines for completing the construction, and plans for further improvement. The initiative launched in Dzerzhinsk in 2024 in collaboration with the director of the "Parus" center, Andrey Kuvaev, has already yielded results: at present, 21 such sites have been opened in the city of chemists, and it is planned to open 15 mini-football fields by the end of the year. This means that modern football fields will appear in half of all kindergartens in Dzerzhinsk. The experience of the city of chemists is already being studied by the Russian Football Union, indicating the high potential of the project for the entire country. Evgeny Lyulin noted that today there is no other city in Russia where children from the age of five engage in sports so massively right on the territory of the kindergarten. The main goal of the program, according to the speaker of the regional parliament, is not to prepare professional athletes, but to foster a healthy and physically strong generation. According to him, it is from such small fields that a great love for sports, a healthy lifestyle, and team spirit begins. The speaker also emphasized that systematic work on creating a comfortable and safe environment in kindergartens will continue. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
