Nizhny Novgorod residents were shown what the multi-apartment building will look like on the street of Guardsmen according to the KRT.

      On July 7, 2026, at 09:00, Economy In Nizhny Novgorod, the architectural and urban planning appearance of a new apartment building has been approved, which is planned to be built under the mechanism of integrated territory development on Gvardeytsev Street, 4a in the Moskovsky District. This was reported on the website of the regional Ministry of Construction.

      The project is commissioned by the construction company "Andor". It concerns a 13-story apartment building with integrated public spaces and underground parking. The building will be located on a plot of 6,830 sq. m, with the above-ground construction area amounting to 1,803.4 sq. m, and the total area of the building being 22,488.2 sq. m.

      Recall that in February 2026, the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the city administration, and the LLC "Specialized Developer 'Guild MK'" (a subsidiary of the developer "Andor") signed a contract for the construction of a 13-story building with 258 apartments under the mechanism of integrated territory development. The landowner initiated the project. The new building will be erected on the site of a non-residential building from the first half of the 20th century.

      The project includes underground parking for 143 car spaces, which should reduce the load on the yards and free the streets from parked cars.

      Territory improvement is also planned. Commercial premises will be located on the first floors, and their purpose will be determined after the completion of construction, taking into account the needs of residents.

      In addition, as part of the integrated territory development, the developer must reconstruct the sports ground in the "Yubileyny" park.
