The Nizhny Novgorod city hall will sell premises in two cultural heritage sites.

      On July 6, 2026, at 16:20, the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod announced the sale of non-residential premises, some of which are located in cultural heritage sites. The resolution on the privatization conditions has been published on the city hall's website.

      As part of the privatization program, premises in a regional cultural heritage site - the "A.S. Ostatoshnikov House with a Store" on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, 12, are up for auction. Three premises are for sale in the building: on the second floor with an area of 196.1 sq. m (starting price - 13.35 million rubles), on the third floor - 91.7 sq. m (6.69 million rubles), and in the basement - 178.8 sq. m (5.51 million rubles). A protective obligation has been approved for the monument.

      Two premises are also being sold in the "I.E. Vyalov House" on Rozhdestvenskaya Street, 42. This site also has the status of a regional heritage monument. The auction includes a premises with an area of 347.5 sq. m on the third floor (10.68 million rubles) and a premises with an area of 612.5 sq. m on the first and second floors (16.19 million rubles). A protective obligation also applies to this building.

      Additionally, the city hall plans to privatize three more non-residential premises that are not related to cultural heritage sites. In the basement of the building on Norilskaya Street, 14, a premises with an area of 6.3 sq. m is being sold with a starting price of 382.4 thousand rubles. In the basement of the building on Jupiter Street, 5, a premises with an area of 29.9 sq. m is priced at 1.36 million rubles. Another municipal property is also up for auction (to be specified if necessary).

      The sale will take place in the form of an electronic auction with open bidding for price proposals.

      Earlier, it was reported that protective zones for six cultural heritage sites were established in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
