This was reported by Governor Gleb Nikitin in his MAX channel following the operational headquarters meeting on the fuel situation in the region. The restriction has already begun to take effect at Lukoil gas stations, noted the head of the Nizhny Novgorod region. At the same time, Gazpromneft gas stations have been allowed to dispense a limited volume of fuel into canisters for water transport and mechanization equipment.
