      19-year-old Regina Shutенко, a student at the Institute of Economics of NNGU, passed away after a sudden deterioration in her condition while on vacation in Egypt. Doctors fought for her life for several days, but they were unable to save her. The tragedy was reported by RIA "Bokal pressika."

      Regina went on vacation to Egypt on June 18. A few days later, her condition sharply worsened, and her heart stopped. She was urgently hospitalized in one of the Egyptian clinics. After that, she was in a deep coma and was connected to a ventilator.

      Doctors did everything possible, and plans were made to transport her to Russia for continued treatment. The cost of specialized medical evacuation was estimated at a minimum of 8 million rubles. The family could not raise such an amount on their own, so a fundraising campaign was announced. As reported by the editor-in-chief of "Statsionar press" Alexey Nikонов, despite the efforts of the medical staff and hope for a positive outcome, the illness progressed rapidly and left no chances. He also thanked everyone who responded to the call for help and supported the fundraising for Regina's medical evacuation to Russia. Unfortunately, the girl did not have time to take advantage of this opportunity.
