Two kilometers of the M-7 in the Nizhny Novgorod region will be repaired for almost 72 million rubles.

This concerns the segment from the 346th to the 348th kilometer in the Volodarsky district. This information is reported on the state procurement website. The customer is the federal state institution "Federal Road Administration of the Volga-Vyatka Region of the Federal Road Agency." It has allocated almost 72 million rubles for the work. The contractor will need to arrange wear layers on the road surface. They will only be able to start work after the official transfer of the section by act. The contract execution period is set from May 20 to August 10, 2028. Earlier, there was information about another major road project in this direction. A bridge over the railway is planned to be built near the Chicherovo station at the 347th kilometer of the M-7 highway. The work is intended to be completed by the end of 2029. The cost is estimated at 1.8 billion rubles. Funding is planned for 2028-2029. It was previously reported that more than 30 km of the R-158 highway is planned to be expanded to four lanes in the Nizhny Novgorod region by 2028.
