More than 50 students are undergoing summer internships at the "En+ Teplo Volga" enterprises.

      On July 2, 2026, at 17:02, Society54 students are undergoing industrial internships at the enterprises of "En+ Teplo Volga" during the summer period. Most of them are students of fuel and energy-related fields of study at universities and technical schools.

      Students from specialized fields have been assigned within the company to key enterprises: Avtozavodskaya CHPP, "Teploseti," and "Generation of Heat." Electricians for the repair and maintenance of automation and measuring instruments at the power station, future specialists in heat supply, thermal engineering equipment, gas supply, ventilation, and welding production have chosen "En+ Teplo Volga" as the place for their internship.

      Third-year student Ivan Yakovlev from Ivanovo State Energy University is undergoing industrial practice at Avtozavodskaya CHPP as an electrician for the repair and maintenance of automation and measuring instruments. He learned about the opportunity to join the enterprise at the university job fair from company representatives.

      "When I first entered the workshop, my impressions were simply 'wow'! I had only seen CHPPs in pictures, so the scale of the equipment and how everything is arranged truly amazed me," shares Ivan. Now, together with a classmate under the guidance of a mentor, he is engaged in regulating and adjusting valves and other equipment for the correct operation of engines. Students are offered not only a paid internship for 34 days but also housing compensation, and after defending their diploma, the opportunity for employment.

      A vivid example of how student practice evolves into a successful career is 26-year-old Anton Kosterin. He is currently a senior master in equipment repair at Avtozavodskaya CHPP. Anton also came from Ivanovo: he started as an electrician, later became a master, and then a senior master. Today, he supervises 35 people. By showing initiative and establishing himself as a competent and responsible specialist, Anton is undergoing training to become a shift supervisor at the station.

      "Over time, I started attending job fairs in my hometown of Ivanovo and became a living example for the guys. I tell them that coming to Nizhny Novgorod and working at En+ is a great prospect," notes Anton Kosterin.

      For students, undergoing internships at "En+ Teplo Volga" enterprises is an opportunity to get acquainted with the team and immerse themselves in the profession while studying, consolidating their skills in practice.
