The Nizhny Novgorod city council approved the appearance of the hotel in the Three Saints Quarter.

On June 30, 2026, at 11:16 AM, Culture and Recreation: The Ministry of Urban Development and Agglomeration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of a hotel with an underground parking lot in the Three Saints Quarter. The order has been posted on the agency's website. The developer is LLC "Frigate." The building is planned to be constructed on Novaya Street. The area of the plot is 1508 square meters, with the built-up area (including the underground part) being 1400 square meters, and the building itself will be 5034 square meters. It should be noted that in May, the hotel project received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review, and in January, the regional Ministry of Urban Development made changes to the planning and zoning project for the quarter. Adjustments were necessary to implement the agreement on the development of the built-up area, concluded with LLC "Frigate" in December 2014. It was reported that the construction is planned to be completed by September 26, 2029. Additionally, in March 2026, the Three Saints Quarter was recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance. There are 31 monument buildings located on its territory, including three of federal significance. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
