Five people were injured in a serious traffic accident on the highway in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

This was reported by the press service of the UGDIBDD of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region. The accident happened at the 360th km of the Ryazhsk - Kasimov - Murom - Nizhny Novgorod highway. A 33-year-old woman driving a Nissan Qashqai crossed into the oncoming lane, where she collided with a Hyundai Creta driven by a 25-year-old driver, after which the first foreign car overturned. As a result of the collision, three people from the first car were injured, including a 17-year-old boy, and two from the second. The severity of their injuries is currently being clarified.
