The Regional Minregion has approved the design of the first residential building as part of the KRT on the embankment of the Rowing Canal in Nizhny Novgorod.

      The Ministry of Urban Development and Agglomeration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of the first multi-apartment building to be constructed under the comprehensive development agreement for undeveloped territory (KRT) signed with LLC "Specialized Developer 'Level Volga'." The project represents a modern residential complex with variable heights from 7 to 11 floors, consisting of several blocks. The lower levels of the building will house integrated public spaces, and all sections will be connected by an underground integrated parking lot, providing storage for residents' vehicles. By relocating parking outside the residential area, the complex implements the concept of a "car-free courtyard": all internal space is dedicated to pedestrian alleys, green areas, and recreational and play areas. The architectural concept of the new facility pays attention to the context of the location. In developing facade solutions, the project authors referred to the reinterpretation of the historical architectural heritage of Nizhny Novgorod, adapting classical motifs to modern construction technologies. The materials used, plastic techniques, and color palette are intended to create an expressive appearance for the building and ensure harmonious coexistence of the development with the unique natural landscape of the embankment, maintaining a visual balance between architecture and the surrounding environment. "The embankment of the rowing canal is one of the key elements of the coastal appearance of Nizhny Novgorod. The architectural and planning solution for this area significantly affects the visual perception of the city from the water, which necessitates a balanced approach to architectural solutions. The project was developed considering both modern needs and the landscape and historical context of the area," noted the Minister of Urban Development and Agglomeration Darya Shunaeva.

      In addition to residential blocks, the developer plans to construct key social infrastructure facilities: a kindergarten for 200 places and a school for 550 students.
