As reported by the NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade, current legislation does not provide for such restrictions for the Nizhny Novgorod region. At the same time, the sale of alcoholic beverages may be restricted in areas where mass events are taking place. Such measures are established by regulatory acts of municipal entities for the duration of the events.
