Beeline has launched compensation for unfair charges from other operators.

      On June 23, 2026, at 10:34, Beeline launched a promotion*, within which it will compensate customers of other operators for unfair charges from their service providers until the end of August. This may include, for example, unexpected subscription renewals, sudden price increases, or additional roaming charges that the customer considers unfair.

      To receive compensation, the customer must fill out a short application, indicating the reason and amount of the disputed charge. The maximum amount that can be refunded is 1000 rubles. A refund can be requested once during the promotion. Compensation is credited to the bonus balance in Beeline. To use it, one must switch to Beeline with their number or purchase a new SIM card. This can be done on the same landing page, and the compensation on the bonus balance will be reflected in the mobile app immediately after the SIM card activation. If the customer wishes to purchase a SIM later, they can use the received promo code on the website or at Beeline's offices to have the compensation credited to their bonus balance.

      The launch of such a solution is a new approach for the Russian telecom market, where the operator not only provides connectivity but also helps the customer restore a sense of fairness. The new service is a continuation of Beeline's strategy to develop products that meet customer demands for simple, clear, and fair conditions. Previously, the company had already launched several initiatives in this vein: providing a basic volume of connectivity for free, the ability to get a refund for one day of connectivity with one click, and adding favorite numbers from other operators to talk to them without limits.

If a person encounters an unfair charge, it is important for them not only to get their money back but also to quickly regain control of the situation. We believe that telecom should respond to such requests as well. That’s why we are launching a service that allows the customer to simply report a problem and receive compensation in their Beeline account. For us, this is another step in developing products that make the customer experience more honest, clear, and humane."
