      On June 18, 2026, at 10:20, Politics The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Duma supported the appointment of Denis Ismagilov as Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government. This issue was discussed at the meeting on June 18.

      Let us remind you that since June 8, Ismagilov had been in the status of acting Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government. He was appointed by Governor Gleb Nikitin. Prior to this, for several years, the official headed the Ministry of Economic Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      “Denis Gamirovich has been working in our team since 2018. Before that, he held leadership positions in Kazan, Moscow, and Innopolis. I dare assure you that he is indeed a competent, meticulous perfectionist, a professional with all the necessary knowledge and experience to carry out this important mission and put the work on track. He has state and departmental awards. I believe he is capable of handling the tasks set,” noted the head of the region.

      In his new position, Ismagilov coordinates issues of state and municipal control, as well as oversees the work of the State Housing Inspection, the inspection for monitoring the technical condition of self-propelled machines, and the management of state protection of cultural heritage sites.
