On June 15, a video appeared on the internet showing a drunken man pulling down his pants in front of other people on Strelkovaya Street. It turned out that the events in this video took place two days earlier, and the hero of the footage had a conflict with neighbors the day before. The man's identity was established by the local police. He turned out to be a 42-year-old local resident, who was detained and taken to the police station. An administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism), and the Nizhny Novgorod resident was sent to jail for ten days.
