The Nizhny Novgorod company was ordered to eliminate the dump of processed apple waste.

      On June 10, 2026, at 19:00, the Rosselkhoznadzor management for the Nizhny Novgorod region and the republics of Mari El and Mordovia issued an order to the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Production Association 'Gummi'" based on the results of safety monitoring. The landowner has been instructed to eliminate the identified violations of land legislation by September 30, 2026.

      The inspection revealed that the agricultural land plot, with a total area of over 248 hectares, is located near the settlement of Okishino in the Vоротынский urban district of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      A waste dump from apple processing was found on a plot of 900 square meters. Additionally, 94 hectares of agricultural land have overgrown with trees—birches, wild apple trees, and willows. The area is also covered with shrubs and weeds, including ground reed. This part of the land is currently not used in agricultural production.

      At the same time, cultivation has been carried out on 154 hectares. The landowner is required to develop and coordinate a cultural and technical reclamation project for the overgrown plot, organize clearing work, eliminate the dump, and return the land to agricultural circulation in accordance with the permitted type of use.
