The opening ceremony of the sports facilities was attended by the acting head of the city of Dzerzhinsk, Gleb Andreev, the general director of the basketball club "Pari NN," Mikhail Velmuzhov, educators, preschoolers, and their parents, as well as the management of the kindergartens. "Now more than a quarter of all kindergartens in Dzerzhinsk have their own football fields. We have about fifty more to build – and we will try to resolve this issue in the next two years. But the most important thing is the atmosphere that emerges in the kindergartens: the happy eyes of children, their desire to run, score goals, and compete. If a child loves sports from the age of five, it will stay with them for life. We will continue until every kindergarten in Dzerzhinsk has such a mini-stadium," said Evgeny Lyulin. The new sports facilities are multifunctional. Children can play not only football but also volleyball and basketball. For this, modern artificial turf, goals, and protective fencing have been installed. In kindergarten No. 115, thuja trees were planted around the field – now it is not only a sports area but also a cozy, green zone, and kindergarten No. 17 has already produced its own "stars." The local team "Gepard" is the bronze medalist of the "Football Stars" festival. The best scorer of the same festival is Semen Lukyanov, a student of kindergarten No. 17. "Thanks to the fact that caring people are joining our project, conditions for playing basketball and volleyball have appeared on these children's 'stadiums.' Thank you to the basketball club 'Pari NN' for supporting kindergarten sports," noted Evgeny Lyulin. It should be noted that new football fields are being built in kindergartens in Dzerzhinsk as part of a program that has been implemented since 2024 at the initiative of Evgeny Lyulin and the director of the regional center for adaptive sports "Parus," Andrei Kuvaev. Thanks to the implementation of a unique project for Russia to create football fields for the youngest, 19 such sites have already been opened in the city of chemists. By the end of the year, 15 more new football fields will be opened in Dzerzhinsk. Then half of all kindergartens in the city will be equipped with sports facilities. On June 1, International Children's Day, the second city festival "Football Stars" took place at the "Kaprolaktamovets" stadium in Dzerzhinsk. It involved 340 children – teams from 34 kindergartens in Dzerzhinsk. At that time, young footballers scored more than 100 goals.

      Evgeny Lyulin noted that today there is no other city in Russia where children from the age of five engage in sports so massively and regularly. The developments of Dzerzhinsk are already being studied by the Russian Football Union. At the same time, the main goal of the project is not to prepare professional football players, but to involve children in sports from an early age, fostering a healthy and physically strong generation.
