VTB and Rosatom will work together on projects for Russia's technological independence.

The agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2026. The document was signed by VTB President and Chairman Andrey Kostin and General Director of the State Corporation "Rosatom" Alexey Likhachev. As part of the agreement, the parties plan to expand cooperation in the implementation of promising innovative projects. "Our cooperation with 'Rosatom' helps strengthen technological independence and Russia's leadership in the global energy sector. VTB consistently invests in the development of high-tech industries in the Russian economy.
