The Wildberries warehouse project in Novinki has passed the examination.

      On June 4, 2026, at 18:40, Economy The project for the construction of a warehouse complex for Wildberries in the settlement of Novinki has passed a non-governmental examination. A positive conclusion on the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys was issued on June 3, 2026. Relevant information is posted in the GIS EGRZ. The expert organization was LLC "SEGMENT EXPERT". The facility is planned to be located at the address: Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Bogorodsky District, settlement of Novinki. The developer is indicated as LLC "RVB", and the technical customer is LLC "VB ENGINEERING". The project documentation was prepared by LLC "PROJECT E111". The project documentation and the results of engineering surveys were submitted for examination.

      Let us remind you that the logistics complex is intended to be built within the boundaries of Parkovaya, Vysokaya, and Poletnaya streets on the site of a wasteland. According to the project, a warehouse center will appear here with administrative and utility buildings ranging from one to three stories high, as well as parking for 250 cars. The area of the facility will be 150,000 square meters, and it is expected to create up to 7,000 jobs.

      The project has caused public resonance. In the summer of 2025, during public discussions, the residents of Novinki did not support the construction. In January 2026, they sent an open letter to the founder of the company, Tatyana Kim, expressing their disagreement with the placement of the warehouse near residential buildings and concerns about the possible impact on the environmental situation.

      The position of the regional authorities on this issue was previously stated by Governor Gleb Nikitin. In the fall of 2025, during a direct line, he stated that jobs in new residential areas in the south of the region should be a priority for local residents. "We cannot afford to disregard such investors who will play a huge role in the economy of the region," emphasized the head of the region.
