A graduate of PIMU did not fulfill her targeted contract and will pay a large fine.
On June 4, 2026, at 19:30, the Kstovo City Court ordered a graduate of the Privolzhsky Research Medical University to pay a fine for violating the terms of a targeted contract. This was reported by the court's press service.
The university filed the lawsuit. The court established that in 2019, the young woman signed a contract for training in a residency in the specialty of "Cardiology." According to its terms, after graduation, she was supposed to work in a medical organization. However, after completing her studies, she did not get a job at the city clinical hospital.
The court ruled to recover 319,164 rubles from the graduate in favor of PIMU, as well as expenses for the payment of state duty.
The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
It was previously reported that in 2026, the number of targeted places in universities in Nizhny Novgorod decreased.
