The corresponding agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026). Under the contract, Beeline will provide the customer with access to the technical interfaces and user applications of three neural network models, as well as ensure support for their operation in 24/7 mode. The comprehensive solution called CDNvideo AI Hub will partially automate the work of the "Tricolor" contact center, help the operator process requests faster and more efficiently, as well as optimize costs for customer support and problem resolution.
