Yulia Baranovskaya admitted at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that she is worried about her daughter's Unified State Exam (USE).

On June 4, 2026, at 12:46 PM, Society At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a session titled "Big Family - Big Coverage. New Demography and Narratives for Media Managers" took place. One of the speakers at the event was television presenter Yulia Baranovskaya. At the beginning of her speech, she apologized to the audience for looking anxious. It turned out that her eldest daughter, Yana, was taking the Unified State Exam (USE) in Russian on that day, and Yulia was very worried about her.

In a conversation with a correspondent from "KP-Petersburg," Yulia shared that her daughter is finishing school and preparing for an important exam. She admitted that, despite her public persona, she is also anxious for Yana. The television presenter advised parents of graduates to remain calm and not create a tense atmosphere at home.

"I can advise parents of graduates to have inner calm and not create hysteria at home regarding exams. This is very important. Because the child comes home for support and for the feeling that even if they do not pass this exam, no one will kick them out of the house. But parents often create such a hysterical atmosphere at home that the child goes to the exam as if they are going on their last journey," Yulia said.

She noted that she tries not to show her daughter her anxiety. "I really do worry. My daughter does not know about it. She will find out only after the exam. At this moment, she will not hear my 'speech'," the television presenter added.

Yulia also mentioned that throughout all the years of her daughter's education, she had never once checked her homework, but the preparation for the USE made her nervous, especially after attending a parents' meeting dedicated to the exams.

According to her, Yana has already chosen a profession and a direction for admission, but for now, it will remain a secret. Yulia hopes that her daughter will cope with the exam and be able to realize her dreams.
