AI and cloud solutions will be implemented in urban transport services.

      On May 29, 2026, at 17:12, MWS Cloud, part of MTS Web Services, and the developer of digital payment solutions for passenger transport "Citicard" signed a technological partnership agreement. The document was signed at the CIPR conference (12+) in Nizhny Novgorod.

      The parties intend to jointly develop IT platforms, transfer urban services to cloud infrastructure, and implement artificial intelligence-based tools.

      Work will begin with a comprehensive audit of existing systems. After assessing the infrastructure, specialists will proceed to deploy new capacities. The formation of cross-functional teams and the involvement of external experts for the development of specialized algorithms is planned.

      Regular technological meetings, round tables, and scientific-practical seminars are provided for within the framework of cooperation. This format of interaction, according to the partners' vision, will allow for the creation of flexible custom solutions that take into account changing user demands, rather than being limited to the use of standard cloud products.

      The key goal of the project is to increase the speed and resilience of digital services. To achieve this, the companies will modernize the technical base, ensure secure storage of large data sets, and protect platforms from overloads. The implementation of neural network tools for process automation and acceleration of user request processing is also planned.

      The agreement is concluded for a period of three years. During this time, the parties intend to implement a set of IT initiatives and, if necessary, expand the scope of tasks by involving subsidiary and affiliated structures. The commitment to comply with anti-corruption norms and competition protection legislation requirements is emphasized separately.

      Alexander Chesnavsky, Commercial Director of MTS Web Services, called the agreement an important step towards creating convenient digital services.
