As reported by the editor-in-chief of the medical publication "Statsionar-Press," Alexey Nikонов, citing the chief physician of the Nizhny Novgorod Ambulance Station, Roman Pegov, AI agents will be involved at several stages of the service's operations. In particular, they will be connected to the reception of requests and the distribution of dispatch teams; they will also assist medical staff in filling out medical records using voice input. A separate AI assistant will be available to the senior physician. Separate modules are also planned to be used for analyzing the work of the dispatch teams. However, this does not mean replacing staff with artificial intelligence. According to Pegov, the introduction of assistants is aimed at reducing the workload on the teams and other ambulance workers.
