Support is provided in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." According to the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Maxim Cherkasov, a large-scale support system for entrepreneurship has been established in the region - 43 branches of the "My Business" center, the largest network in the country. Consultations on financing, export, innovation activities, import substitution, cluster development, labor productivity improvement, and social entrepreneurship are available at the branches. "This year we are launching a new service - free business plan preparation for residents of the region who want to start their own business. Experts will help develop the business idea, describe the product or service, conduct market analysis, select promotion channels, calculate financial indicators, and assess the socio-economic significance of the project. Entrepreneurs will be able to use the business plan as part of the document package when concluding a social contract, obtaining a preferential loan, and receiving grant support, including under federal programs," said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The minister noted that additionally, experts from the regional center "My Business" and its branches will provide consultations on business launch, financial planning, and participation in government procurement. Moreover, specialists will create individual development maps for entrepreneurs taking into account existing state support measures. Both existing small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals can apply for the service.
