Five juniors signed their first professional contracts with HC Torpedo.
Nizhny Novgorod's "Torpedo" has signed its first professional agreements with hockey players born in 2008-2009, who played in the Youth Hockey League last season. The contracts are for three years. The agreements were made with goalkeeper Igor Morilov, defenders Andrei Volkov and Sergey Volkov, as well as forwards Arseniy Komarov and Kirill Shcherbakov. For some of the young players, this is not their first experience at a higher level. Andrei Volkov, Arseniy Komarov, and Kirill Shcherbakov made their debuts in the MHL championship as part of "Chaika." Earlier, a similar agreement was signed by forward Sergey Skvortsov, who also debuted for "Chaika" in the 2025/2026 season. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
