As reported by NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the regional ministry, the opening of the facilities is scheduled for the summer of this year. Recall that the cultural heritage site "Chardymov House" was severely damaged after a fire in May 2022. The restoration project passed state examination in 2025, and restoration work soon began. Specialists are currently returning the building to its historical appearance, restoring decorative elements and the facade, on which a sign for the fast food chain Rostic’s has already been installed. At the same time, the Samgin House is also being updated. After the work is completed in the latter, a public catering establishment is planned to be opened.
