      At the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" ("CIPR"), which is taking place at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair, Nizhny Novgorod residents and guests of the city were presented with an aeromobile communication complex based on a drone. This was reported by a correspondent from "Nizhny Now" from the conference site. The complex was developed by MTS in collaboration with the company "IRTEYA". It consists of a hexacopter equipped with 5G technology, which is tethered and can ascend to a height of 100–200 meters. From this height, the device provides 2G/3G/5G coverage within a radius of up to 45 kilometers and can operate continuously for up to three days. Mobile communication can be deployed using the complex in 30 minutes. As an employee at the booth told "Nizhny Now," the device is designed for use in hard-to-reach areas – during emergency response operations, search and rescue missions, as well as in the mining and oil and gas industries. "Nizhny Now" also learned that such a device would still be subject to internet restrictions – if they are imposed, there will be no mobile communication. The booth clarified that only a prototype is presented at CIPR, but mass production is planned in the near future; however, the complex will not be supplied to government agencies and will remain solely with the operator.

      Data centers near nuclear power plants are planned to be built in Russia. Nikitin proposed to build data centers at the "Kulibin" SEZ.
