      May 14, 2026 07:03 Society In 2026, five emergency houses are planned to be resettled in Nizhny Novgorod under the mechanism of integrated territorial development. This was reported by the NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" from the city's Department of Construction and Capital Repairs. According to the agency, since 2024, 24 apartment buildings have already been resettled under the concluded KRT contracts. Of these, nine were recognized as emergency. In 2026, two emergency houses have already been vacated by residents. According to investors, three more such apartment buildings are planned to be resettled by the end of the year. Earlier, Mayor Yuri Shalabaev stated that a total of 153 emergency and dilapidated houses are planned to be resettled within the framework of integrated territorial development projects in the city.
