Temporary restrictions on the acceptance and departure of aircraft were imposed at "Chkalovo" early in the morning on May 13. The same restrictions are currently in effect in neighboring Chuvashia, as clarified by Rosaviation. Recall that the day before, the airport also did not service flights.
