Nizhny Novgorod parents were reminded how to properly pack their child for summer camp.

Specialists advise planning a list of items for the entire 21-day shift in advance. A child's luggage should be labeled or marked in some way so that they can easily identify their belongings among the suitcases and backpacks of other children. Special attention should be paid to hygiene. Parents are advised to remind children of the need to wash their faces regularly, brush their teeth, take showers, and wash their hands, as well as to use only individual personal hygiene items. The agency emphasizes that it is not advisable to send sweets, perishable products, and instant noodles to the camp. Camps provide full five or six meals a day. The child's suitcase should contain all necessary documents, clothing and footwear for warm and cool weather, headwear, sunglasses, and a raincoat, as well as personal hygiene items - a toothbrush, comb, washcloth, toothpaste, soap, towel, and other supplies. In the backpack, specialists recommend including an album, book or magazine, wet wipes, a small amount of cash, a phone, and a water bottle, which must be labeled.
