Nizhny Novgorod manufacturers are invited to a seminar on product labeling "Honest Sign".

      On May 11, 2026, at 11:54, Economy. On May 26, a training seminar (12+) on mandatory labeling of goods for manufacturers and importers will be held at the "Ankudinovka" technopark. The event is organized by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in collaboration with the regional Labeling Center.

      "Today, there are about 70,000 participants in the region already using the 'Honest Sign' system in their activities. A comprehensive business support system regarding labeling has been established in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Entrepreneurs can contact the regional Labeling Center for consulting support. At the same time, training events are being held—specialized seminars for manufacturers, importers, and participants in the turnover of goods, as well as monthly nationwide seminars and webinars of the 'Honest Sign' system. The upcoming seminar will help participants understand the key labeling requirements, avoid common mistakes, and receive practical recommendations from experts for application in their work," noted Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      As part of the event, experts will thoroughly discuss the algorithm for labeling goods, requirements for transport and group packaging, the specifics of goods crossing the border considering labeling, as well as issues of liability for violations. After the business part, there will be a consultation session during which entrepreneurs can ask individual questions to representatives of relevant agencies and organizations.

      Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs operating in the Nizhny Novgorod Region are invited to participate. Participation in the event is free.
