According to the State Traffic Inspectorate, on May 10 at around 20:20, two cars collided at the 214th kilometer of the Vladimir - Murom - Arzamas highway. The 35-year-old driver of a Chevrolet Aveo, while navigating a turn, entered the oncoming traffic lane. There, the vehicle collided with a VAZ-2112. As a result of the accident, the 49-year-old driver of the domestic car sustained injuries incompatible with life and died. The Chevrolet driver and his passenger sustained bodily injuries. The injured were taken to the Central District Hospital of Vyksa. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
