RCC specialists have been working at the participating enterprises of the federal project for six months. After three months, an Information Day is held, during which interim results are summarized and a schedule of activities to achieve target indicators is approved. The company specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The process of accepting and transferring shared construction objects in residential complexes was chosen as the pilot flow. The working group of the enterprise, together with RCC specialists, analyzed the process at the pilot site and identified eight problems, including duplicate reporting and the need to update data in two systems, as well as time losses when coordinating the dates for the acceptance and transfer of objects with clients. A plan of activities has been developed for each direction. It is expected that the implementation of the proposals will allow for a 26% increase in output by the end of the project.
