It can be obtained for free at the hospital under the compulsory health insurance policy or purchased independently at the pharmacy. As reported by NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" from GP "Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy," the immunoglobulin is unavailable due to the foreign manufacturer conducting a price re-registration, and the domestic supplier, OBUS "Ivanovo Regional Blood Transfusion Station," does not have the drug. It is expected that supplies of immunoglobulin to the territory of Russia may resume approximately in the third quarter of 2026. The NOP added: the drug can be obtained for providing medical assistance in a hospital setting. According to "Izvestia," anti-Rh immunoglobulin is absent in pharmacies in 75 regions of Russia.
