9.5 billion rubles will be allocated for infrastructure near Nizhny Novgorod.

      May 7, 2026 14:18 Society The construction of infrastructure in Novinki and the village of Olgino in the Priokskiy district will be financed by DOM.RF. The total amount of loans will reach 9.5 billion rubles, the organization's press service reported.

      Infrastructure bonds are planned to be used to build thermal energy networks, water supply systems, sewage systems, stormwater drainage, as well as local treatment facilities. The projects have received approval from the Government Commission for Regional Development.

      The implementation of the planned projects will not only allow for the commissioning of approximately one million square meters of real estate but also improve living conditions for 15,000 families. The construction of main water supply and sewage networks is intended to be completed by the end of 2028, while the creation of thermal energy infrastructure is expected to be finished by the end of 2034.
