Residents of 50 districts of the Nizhny Novgorod region can vote for improvement projects under the FCGS.

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, 93 public spaces in 23 municipalities have been nominated for the rating vote. At the same time, residents of all 50 districts of the region can vote for the territories that will be developed with federal support. The First Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Andrey Gneushev, called on residents of all municipalities to actively participate in the voting. "The final choice is indeed up to all residents of the region. This year, voting is taking place on a unified federal platform, and every resident of the Nizhny Novgorod region aged 14 and over can participate, regardless of which district they live in. Each of our lives is not limited to just our microdistrict or municipality. And the overall support for the project 'Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment' is not only assistance to 23 municipalities, but also a contribution to the development of the region, to changing its appearance and improving the quality of life for all Nizhny Novgorod residents," noted Andrey Gneushev. On the unified platform: zagorodsreda.gosuslugi.ru, you can cast your vote for objects in any settlement participating in the program "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment." Thus, residents of districts with a population of less than 20,000 people, currently not participating in the program, can support the development of neighboring municipalities, settlements where their relatives live, and vote for the territories that are dear and important to them. For example, the population of the Chkalovsky urban district is just over 19,000 people, so the objects nominated for voting within the project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" are absent. However, as in other municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region, they are improving areas under other programs, as well as within the framework of a special competition of the national project "Infrastructure for Life." The residents of Chkalovsk actively support their neighbors and all residents of the region with their votes. "There is such a concept as good neighborliness. And it is expressed not in words, but in deeds. Today, when we need to support our neighbors, we are happy to do so. The amount of votes for spaces and objects will determine the funding for improvement. And we all must strive to make the Nizhny Novgorod region beautiful and convenient for residents. Next year, Chkalovsk will participate in the competition for small towns and historical settlements, and I am sure that the residents of neighboring municipalities will also not refuse us their support," said the head of the local government of the Chkalovsk urban district, Lyubov Vladimirova.
