More than 250 people gathered at the youth career forum of the Nizhny Novgorod government.

      April 29, 2026 17:31 Society More than 250 young specialists and university students from the region participated in the youth career forum (16+) organized by the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, which took place in the Kremlin. As noted by the First Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Andrey Gneushev, while welcoming the guests of the career forum, today young people have the opportunity to learn how the civil service is structured and to determine their future place of work. "It is important to understand that working in the civil service is indeed serving your country, your region, and the people. Our common task is to create conditions for improving the quality of life of our residents and their social protection, and for the development of territories. Working in the civil service is very diverse and requires serious dedication. But you get immense pleasure when you bring benefits to people and solve their issues. And this is truly invaluable! Acting Minister of Human Resources Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Roman Markov, spoke about development tools and prospects for professional growth, as well as the conditions for entering the civil service. The presentation "The Attractiveness of the Executive Body as an Employer for Young Specialists: Projects, Team, Career Tracks" was delivered by the Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Igor Pantyukhin, the head of the Regional Tariff Service of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Yulia Aleshina, and the Deputy Minister of Urban Development and Agglomeration Development of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Anastasia Yaseneva. They spoke about the specifics of their departments, ongoing projects, and corporate culture, as well as answered participants' questions. Employees of the Ministry of Human Resources Policy conducted career consultations for forum participants: they oriented them on open vacancies in executive bodies and accepted resumes for further consideration of candidates for employment purposes.
