Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved 11 sites for investment projects worth 2.8 billion rubles.
April 27, 2026 15:23 Economy The Council for Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has approved the allocation of plots for the implementation of 11 investment projects.
As reported by the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Yegor Polyakov, on his social media, the total investment volume for all approved projects is estimated at approximately 2.8 billion rubles.
As part of their implementation, it is planned to create 212 jobs.
Among the supported initiatives is the creation of an industrial park in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. It will be oriented towards small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the automotive and light industry sectors. The investor is LLC "Ikar Invest," with an investment volume declared at around 219.6 million rubles.
The construction of a workshop for the production of components for wastewater treatment facilities for industrial and mixed wastewater in Dzerzhinsk has also been approved. The project, costing 111.2 million rubles, is being implemented by LLC "Hydrostroy-NN."
In Arzamas, the construction of a four-story hotel with 30 rooms has been approved. Investments in the project will amount to 90 million rubles, with the developer being LLC "Arzamas Hotel."
Additionally, a complex for processing and canning fish and crustaceans is planned to be created in Arzamas. The investment volume for this project is estimated at 140 million rubles. The applicant is LLC "Secret of the Seas."
It was previously reported that the construction of 2 hotels on plots of nearly 3600 square meters was approved in Nizhny Novgorod.
