Nizhny Novgorod ex-deputy Vladimir Bulanov died at the age of 59.
April 23, 2026 20:53 Politics Vladimir Bulanov, former deputy of the Legislative Assembly and general director of the "Termal" plant, has passed away unexpectedly. On April 20, he celebrated his 58th birthday, reported political analyst Andrey Vovk.
Bulanov began his entrepreneurial career in 1991 by founding a company for the production of door and window blocks, LLP "Chaika." A few years later, he headed a committee that was subsequently transformed into a department for the support and development of entrepreneurship.
In April 2002, Bulanov took the position of general director of the Ulyanov plant — JSC "Concern TERMAL," which was associated with a significant part of his professional activity.
He was also involved in politics: he was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the 5th convocation from the Communist Party and participated in the gubernatorial elections.

Recently, the founder of Nizhny Novgorod mini-football, Viktor Zaydenberg, passed away at the age of 77.
