Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs will participate in a survey about real estate registration.

      Nizhny Novgorod residents are invited to evaluate the quality of the service for registering property for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for real estate. This service is provided at the MFC. Residents can give their assessment after directly undergoing the procedure. The survey is available on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod region for registered users. "Nizhny Novgorod residents can evaluate the time taken for the procedure, report on stop-factors that arise during property registration, the professionalism and client orientation of the staff, and the quality and sufficiency of the information. Survey participants are also invited to write their wishes and suggestions for improving the service," explained the director of the Authorized Multifunctional Center for the provision of state and municipal services of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Svetlana Musarskaya. Documents for property registration and cadastral accounting can be submitted through a personal account on the Rosreestr portal. "From March 1, 2025, legal entities must submit applications for state cadastral registration and state registration of rights with the attached documents exclusively in electronic form. Paper documents will be returned without consideration," reminded the head of the Rosreestr Department for the Nizhny Novgorod region, Oksana Shtein. A complete list of documents provided by legal entities for state registration of rights and transactions on real estate, as well as for cadastral accounting, is posted on the Rosreestr website.
