Specialists from the Nizhny Novgorod RCC shared their experience in implementing lean technologies with colleagues from Vladimir.

      On April 21, 2026, at 18:15, Society Experts from the Regional Competence Center (RCC) of the Nizhny Novgorod region shared their experience in implementing the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" with colleagues from the Vladimir region. "For many years, the Nizhny Novgorod region has been among the leading regions in increasing labor productivity in enterprises. Today, with the support of our experts, lean technologies are being implemented by 316 companies in the region – on average, their productivity increases by more than 40 percent. The accumulated experience and expertise of the RCC specialists allow them to share best practices with colleagues from other regions of Russia. Collaborative work enables the replication of effective solutions and accelerates the implementation of changes in enterprises," noted the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Maxim Cherkasov. He added that during the business trip, experts from the RCC of the Vladimir region participated in events dedicated to the results of the federal project implementation at the enterprises of JSC "Knyagininskoye Milk" and JSC "Electric Grid Company." The head of the RCC of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Oleg Ivanov, noted that the regional competence center is conducting systematic work with colleagues from other regions to improve the quality of the centers' work. "This year, the Nizhny Novgorod region is hosting the experience exchange platform for the third time – earlier we hosted colleagues from Kaliningrad and Tomsk. Additionally, in 2025, experts from the Kostroma region visited the RCC of the Nizhny Novgorod region as part of preparations for opening their own regional competence center. This format of direct interaction allows for finding new solutions and increasing work efficiency," Oleg Ivanov said.
